These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Mrobotics.in, a service operated by DOUBLE SLASH INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered under the laws of India and having its registered office at 212 Dalsania Sheri-2, Motimarad, Intal Dhoraji, Rajkot, Gujarat 360421, India. By accessing, registering for, or using our Mrobotics Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement outlines your rights, responsibilities, and obligations while using the services provided on the Mrobotics platform. It also governs your access to the platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered through it.

By using any part of our service, including but not limited to creating an account, subscribing to a service plan, or using our Lapu Automation platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional policies or guidelines incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or any future modifications, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Mrobotics reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Mrobotics website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the service following the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of those changes.

By using our platform, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete. Furthermore, by continuing to use Mrobotics' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mrobotics concerning the use of the platform and supersedes any prior agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Mrobotics regarding the platform.   1. SERVICES PROVIDED
    1. Mrobotics offers a specialized Lapu Automation service designed to facilitate the automation of tasks related to Lapu SIMs. By using our platform, users can seamlessly connect their own Lapu SIMs to the Mrobotics platform to execute automation processes efficiently. This service provides a streamlined, user-friendly interface for managing Lapu SIM operations, allowing users to process transactions and requests through our advanced automation software.
    2. It is important to note that Mrobotics is strictly an automation software provider and does not operate as a recharge service provider. We do not offer or facilitate any API for services such as mobile recharges, DTH recharges, bill payments, or any other similar financial or utility services. The platform is purely intended for automation purposes, and the responsibility for connecting and maintaining the Lapu SIM remains entirely with the user.
    3. By using our platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this distinction, and you understand that Mrobotics has no involvement or liability in providing, facilitating, or supporting recharge services, bill payments, or similar transactions. Any assumptions or interpretations by third parties, including payment gateways, regarding the nature of our services are outside the scope of our operations. Mrobotics solely provides the software tools required to automate and manage Lapu SIM-related tasks.
  2. ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY
    1. To use the Mrobotics platform, users are required to successfully complete the registration process, which involves providing accurate and up-to-date personal information. As part of this process, users must verify their email address and mobile number through a secure One-Time Password (OTP) verification system. This ensures that only legitimate users gain access to the platform, enhancing overall security and protecting user accounts from unauthorized access.
    2. Upon successful registration, users can log in to their Mrobotics account by entering their username and password. It is important to note that if an incorrect password or login credentials are entered more than three times consecutively, the account will be temporarily blocked to prevent unauthorized access. Users will need to follow the account recovery process to regain access.
    3. For additional security, the platform allows users to utilize the "Forgot Password" feature to reset their password in case of loss or forgetting. However, to maintain account integrity and prevent abuse of this feature, it can only be used once per day. Users must wait for 24 hours before attempting to reset their password again if necessary.
    4. To ensure the security of your account and personal information, you must take responsibility for safeguarding your login credentials, including but not limited to your Lapu ID, password, PIN, and API keys. These details should not be shared with any third party. Mrobotics will not be held liable for any loss, unauthorized access, or damage incurred as a result of the unauthorized use of your account due to the sharing or mismanagement of your login credentials.
    5. We strongly recommend that you take all necessary precautions to protect your account, including enabling additional security measures, such as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), where available, to further enhance the security of your account and data.
    6. Mrobotics is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years or older. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If the company becomes aware that an account is being used by a minor without proper supervision, the account will be deactivated immediately. We encourage all users to report any instances of unsupervised minors using the platform by contacting us at support@mrobotics.in.
  3. PLAN SUBSCRIPTION
    1. To gain access to the full range of services offered by Mrobotics, users are required to subscribe to one of our available monthly or yearly plans. The specific details, features, and pricing of each plan are clearly outlined on the Mrobotics.in website. Users can select the plan that best suits their needs and budget, with different options available depending on the desired Lapu SIM limit and other service features.
    2. Once a plan is successfully purchased, the corresponding service will be automatically activated and linked to the user’s account, providing immediate access to Mrobotics’ automation platform. The activation of the service is seamless, ensuring that users can start utilizing the platform without delay upon successful payment.
    3. Users have the option to upgrade their existing plan under certain conditions. However, upgrades are subject to Mrobotics' discretion, and once a plan is upgraded, it cannot be downgraded during its active validity period. Users must carefully select their preferred plan, as downgrades or changes to a lower-tier plan will not be permitted until the expiration of the current plan. After the plan’s validity period has expired, users are free to choose any new plan for renewal.
    4. It is important to note that pricing for all service plans is subject to change at any time, and Mrobotics reserves the right to adjust the price without prior notice. Users are advised to check the website regularly for updates on plan pricing and details.
    5. Once a plan has been purchased, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, even if the user does not use the service or decides to discontinue it before the plan’s validity ends. This non-refundable policy applies to all users, regardless of the reason for discontinuing the service. Users are encouraged to carefully review their selected plan before completing the purchase to ensure it meets their requirements.
  4. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
    1. If you no longer wish to use Mrobotics services, you may contact our customer care team to request the termination of your service. Mrobotics reserves the right to block or deactivate your account at any time, with or without reason, particularly if unauthorized hits or suspicious activities are detected.
    2. Any unauthorized automation of Mrobotics services or hacking attempts will result in the immediate termination of the user’s account and may also lead to legal action.

  5. DATA HANDLING AND PRIVACY
    1. By using the Mrobotics platform, you explicitly grant Mrobotics the right to access and process your Lapu data, which includes details of your transactions, reports, and any related information generated through the use of our services. This data is essential for the effective operation of the automation processes provided by Mrobotics.
    2. Mrobotics relies on third-party servers for the storage and processing of all user data. While we have selected secure and reliable server providers, it is important to note that server downtime or technical issues may occasionally impact the availability of our services. In such cases, Mrobotics will not be responsible for any disruption caused by third-party server issues.
    3. To safeguard your data, Mrobotics implements robust security measures, including but not limited to encryption and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). These measures are designed to protect your sensitive information and ensure that unauthorized access to your account and data is minimized.
    4. However, users should be aware that Mrobotics is not liable for any data loss resulting from factors beyond our control, such as hardware failures, software corruption, or natural disasters. We strongly recommend that you regularly back up your data to maintain a secure copy and minimize the risk of data loss.
    5. Mrobotics may share your data with third parties for various purposes, including but not limited to marketing, analytics, and internal research. This data may be used to enhance our services, develop new features, and provide a more personalized experience for users. Additionally, data may be disclosed to government authorities upon lawful requests or during official investigations, in compliance with applicable laws.
    6. User data is retained for a period of 3 months, after which it is permanently deleted from our servers. This retention policy ensures that we comply with data protection regulations while maintaining operational efficiency.

  6. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
    1. Mrobotics utilizes various third-party services to provide its Lapu automation platform, including but not limited to server providers, telecommunications operators, and other third-party infrastructure necessary for the smooth functioning of its services. These third-party services are critical to the operation and performance of the platform, and their availability directly impacts the delivery of Mrobotics' services to its users.
    2. However, users acknowledge and agree that the performance and availability of Mrobotics' services are dependent on these external service providers, and as such, Mrobotics has no direct control over the operations, performance, or uptime of these third parties. In the event of any downtime, technical failures, disruptions, or service interruptions on the part of these third-party service providers, users may experience reduced functionality or unavailability of Mrobotics' services.
    3. It is important to note that Mrobotics cannot and does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation of the platform due to the inherent reliance on third-party services. Users must understand that service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by external dependencies, such as server outages or operator issues, are beyond Mrobotics' control, and Mrobotics shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from such interruptions.
    4. Moreover, no compensation, refunds, or extensions of service will be provided in the event of any downtime, disruption, or unavailability of services caused by third-party failures. Users assume full responsibility for understanding these dependencies and agree that Mrobotics is not responsible for issues caused by external factors beyond its control, including but not limited to operator malfunctions, server failures, or other third-party-related outages.
    5. By using the Mrobotics platform, you expressly agree to accept these limitations and acknowledge that your use of the services is subject to the risks and uncertainties associated with reliance on third-party services.
  7. THIRD PARTY LINKS
    1. The Mrobotics platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Mrobotics or its parent company, DOUBLE SLASH INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Mrobotics of the content, products, services, or information provided by such third-party websites or services.
    2. Mrobotics does not have any control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services and assumes no responsibility for them. By accessing any third-party websites or services through links provided on the Mrobotics platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
      1. Mrobotics is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or security of any third-party websites, services, or resources.
      2. You access third-party websites at your own risk and must review and comply with the applicable terms of use, privacy policies, and other guidelines of those third-party websites or services.
      3. Mrobotics shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your interaction with third-party websites or services, including but not limited to any issues related to privacy, security, or data usage.
      4. Any transactions conducted with third-party websites or services are solely between you and the third party. Mrobotics is not responsible for any aspect of your interactions or dealings with these third-party entities.

Mrobotics disclaims any responsibility or liability for any harm, damages, or losses incurred in connection with your access or use of any third-party websites or services.
  8. PAYMENT TERMS
    1. Upon purchasing any plan on the Mrobotics platform, the selected plan will be immediately activated and made available for use. Users are required to carefully review the plan details before making a purchase, as once a plan is purchased, it cannot be changed, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
    2. If a payment is processed through a third-party payment gateway and the amount becomes stuck or pending, the payment will be refunded in accordance with the payment gateway’s policies, typically within 6-7 business days.
    3. If the payment reaches Mrobotics, but your service plan is not activated, please contact support@mrobotics.in for assistance. We will ensure that the issue is resolved as promptly as possible.
    4. For more detailed information regarding refunds, please refer to our separate Refund Policy, which outlines the specific terms and conditions related to refund processes.
    5. All payments for Mrobotics services must be made through authorized payment gateways as listed on the Mrobotics platform. We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to, credit cards, debit cards, online banking, and other third-party payment services supported by our system. Users must select their preferred payment option during the checkout process.
    6. By proceeding with a payment, you confirm that:
      1. You are using a valid and authorized payment method.
      2. The payment details provided are accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
      3. Mrobotics is not responsible for any errors or delays caused by third-party payment processors or gateways.
      4. All transactions made via the platform are final and non-refundable, except where specifically outlined in our Refund Policy.
    7. Mrobotics reserves the right to update or change the accepted payment methods and authorized gateways at any time. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment is processed correctly and in accordance with the terms provided by your payment provider. Any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
    8. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds to cover the transaction. In the event of failed payments, chargebacks, or payment disputes, your access to the services may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
  9. USER CONDUCT
    1. As a user of the Mrobotics platform, you agree to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations and to use the services in a manner that is ethical, responsible, and in good faith. You must not engage in any conduct that may harm the platform, other users, or the integrity of the services offered by Mrobotics.
    2. You expressly agree that you will not:
      1. Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality or security of the Mrobotics platform, its servers, or any connected networks.
      2. Launch or transmit any malicious software, including but not limited to viruses, worms, Trojans, spyware, or any other form of harmful code that could compromise the platform’s security, performance, or data integrity.
      3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, including other user accounts, Mrobotics’ servers, or sensitive data through any form of hacking, phishing, or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
      4. Perform automated or unauthorized transactions or use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the platform without prior written permission from Mrobotics.
      5. Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on the platform’s infrastructure or disrupts the normal flow of service.
      6. Use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities, including but not limited to impersonation, identity theft, or unauthorized use of payment methods.
    3. Mrobotics reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform immediately if we suspect or detect any behavior that violates this User Conduct clause. We may also take legal action as necessary to protect the integrity of our platform, data, and services.
    4. You agree to use the platform solely for its intended purposes and to refrain from any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with the experience of other users.
  10. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
    1. At Mrobotics, we are dedicated to fostering a respectful and safe environment for all users. You may have the opportunity to post reviews, comments, feedback, or other user-generated content on the platform. By doing so, you agree to adhere to these Community Guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all users. These guidelines apply to all content shared on the Mrobotics platform and help maintain a healthy and constructive community.
    2. By posting content and using Mrobotics, you agree to:
      1. Respect other users: Your comments, reviews, and any posted content must be respectful and professional. Discriminatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise offensive behavior or language will not be tolerated.
      2. Communicate responsibly: Avoid posting or transmitting content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or objectionable. Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or offensive material will be removed, and violations may result in account suspension.
      3. Protect privacy: Do not share personal information about other users, including names, contact details, or any private information. This includes engaging in activities like doxxing, where personal information is exposed without consent.
      4. Provide honest and constructive feedback: When posting reviews or comments, ensure that they are based on genuine experiences and reflect your honest opinion. Misleading, false, or fraudulent content is prohibited.

  12. DISCLAIMER

The services provided by Mrobotics are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we strive to ensure that the platform operates smoothly and without interruptions, Mrobotics does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components such as viruses or malware.
    2. Mrobotics makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information or services provided through the platform. The use of the services, including any reliance on data, reports, or transactions processed via the platform, is solely at the user’s own risk.
    3. Additionally, Mrobotics is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:
      1. Errors or inaccuracies in the information provided on the platform.
      2. Interruptions or service outages caused by third-party operators or servers, or other factors outside of our control.
      3. Any actions taken by users in reliance on the information or data provided by the platform.
      4. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
    4. Users acknowledge that Mrobotics’ services rely on third-party providers (such as telecommunications operators and server providers) for certain functionality, and any issues or disruptions caused by these providers are beyond Mrobotics’ control.
    5. By using the platform, you agree to bear all risks associated with the use of Mrobotics services and acknowledge that Mrobotics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
  13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    1. Mrobotics strives to provide a reliable and efficient platform for Lapu automation services; however, certain limitations exist due to dependencies on third-party operators and external systems. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
    2. Mrobotics is not responsible for any losses, damages, or discrepancies that may arise as a result of incorrect status updates, responses, or errors from third-party operators. As Mrobotics’ services are reliant on the data and responses received from external operators, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the information provided through these third parties. Any discrepancies or errors in transactions, including incorrect balances or unfulfilled transaction benefits, are beyond our control, and Mrobotics will not be liable for any resulting losses.
    3. Since Mrobotics' automation services are directly dependent on the functionality and performance of third-party operators, any downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions on their end may impact the availability and performance of Mrobotics services. In such cases, Mrobotics will not be held liable for any service interruptions, delays, or losses resulting from issues with third-party systems, and users must acknowledge that these occurrences are outside of Mrobotics’ direct control.
    4. Furthermore, if any amount or balance is deducted from your Lapu SIM for any reason during the use of our services, Mrobotics holds no responsibility for such deductions. These transactions are processed through third-party systems, and any unexpected or unauthorized deductions must be addressed with the respective operator. Mrobotics has no involvement or liability in such matters and will not compensate for any deductions or losses incurred as a result.
    5. In using Mrobotics services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that Mrobotics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or service downtime resulting from third-party issues, user actions, or external factors.
  14. INDEMNIFICATION
    1. By using the Mrobotics platform and services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mrobotics, its parent company DOUBLE SLASH INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) that arise out of or are connected with:
      1. Your use of the platform or any of the services provided by Mrobotics.
      2. Your violation of any term of this Agreement, including any misuse of the platform or breach of applicable laws and regulations.
      3. Your infringement or misappropriation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
      4. Any unauthorized or fraudulent actions or transactions conducted through your account, including any misuse of your account credentials or Lapu SIM.
      5. Any third-party claims arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to issues related to data transmission, incorrect transactions, or disputes with third-party operators.

  15. TERMINATION
    1. Mrobotics reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform or your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
      1. Violation of Terms: If you breach any provision of this Agreement, including but not limited to unauthorized use of the platform, fraudulent activities, or any actions that disrupt the functionality or security of the platform.
      2. Suspicious Activity: If Mrobotics detects any suspicious, fraudulent, or malicious activity associated with your account, including but not limited to hacking attempts, unauthorized automation, or the transmission of viruses or harmful code.
      3. Non-Payment: If you fail to make timely payments for the services provided by Mrobotics as per the plan subscription or payment terms.
      4. Legal Requirements: If Mrobotics is required to terminate your access due to applicable laws, regulations, or requests by government authorities.
    2. Upon termination of your account:
      1. Access to Services: You will immediately lose access to the services provided by Mrobotics, and your account will be deactivated.
      2. No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription plan, unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
      3. Data Deletion: Mrobotics may delete all data associated with your account, including transaction history and user-generated content, upon termination. It is your responsibility to back up any necessary data before your account is terminated.
    3. Mrobotics also reserves the right to terminate the provision of services to any user at any time, at its sole discretion, if it deems such termination necessary to protect the integrity and security of the platform.
    4. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting Mrobotics customer support at support@mrobotics.in. Upon your request, your account and access to the platform will be terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  16. LEGAL BASIS
    1. The services provided by Mrobotics and the processing of any personal data associated with the use of the platform are governed by the laws and regulations of India. This Agreement, as well as any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of Mrobotics services, shall be subject to the following legal frameworks:
      1. Information Technology Act, 2000: The operations of Mrobotics are governed by the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, which regulates the use of digital services and ensures compliance with Indian cyber laws.
      2. Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: Any processing of personal data through the Mrobotics platform is carried out in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, which provides for the protection of personal data and governs how data is collected, processed, stored, and shared.
    2. By using Mrobotics, you acknowledge and agree that any legal issues, claims, or disputes related to the platform, its services, or the processing of your personal data will be resolved in accordance with Indian law.
    3. In the event of a legal dispute, the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters related to this Agreement or the use of the platform.
    4. If you are accessing the platform from outside India, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services complies with local laws in your jurisdiction.
  17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    1. All intellectual property rights in and to the Mrobotics platform, including but not limited to the software, code, design, trademarks, logos, content, and underlying technology, are and shall remain the exclusive property of DOUBLE SLASH INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED. This includes any updates, enhancements, modifications, or improvements made to the platform, whether developed by Mrobotics or suggested by users.
    2. As a user of Mrobotics, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform strictly for its intended purposes as outlined in this Agreement. This license allows you to use the platform's services but does not grant you any ownership or proprietary rights in the software, code, or intellectual property associated with Mrobotics.
    3. You expressly agree that you will not:
      1. Access, modify, copy, distribute, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of the software or code used in the Mrobotics platform.
      2. Use the platform or any of its components to create derivative works, including developing, designing, or creating automation processes, software applications, or tools that replicate or compete with the Mrobotics services, without prior written permission from Mrobotics.
      3. Transfer, sublicense, or resell any rights to access or use the Mrobotics platform to any third party.
      4. Use any of Mrobotics’ trademarks, logos, or brand elements without explicit authorization from DOUBLE SLASH INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED.
    4. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Mrobotics' intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Mrobotics reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the platform if any such violations are detected.
    5. Furthermore, any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Mrobotics regarding improvements to the platform or services may be used by Mrobotics without any obligation to provide compensation, and such contributions will be considered the exclusive property of DOUBLE SLASH INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED.
    6. By using the platform, you acknowledge that the intellectual property rights related to Mrobotics, including its software, design, data, and functionalities, are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties.
  18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
    2. By using Mrobotics, you agree that any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. All matters will be resolved under Indian law, and no other jurisdiction shall apply.
  19. MODIFICATION
    1. Mrobotics reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform or website. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for updates. Continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
  20. SEVERABILITY
    1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention, and all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
  21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    1. This Agreement, including any policies or documents referenced herein, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Mrobotics regarding the use of the platform, superseding all prior agreements or communications.
  22. WAIVER
    1. Failure by Mrobotics to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in future instances. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Mrobotics.
  23. WAIVER
    1. Mrobotics shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of nature, war, strikes, or disruptions in telecommunications or internet services.
